If I had room to do something like this you would end up getting so tired of me asking questions and sending you private messages that you would end up hiding all posts made by me, seriously!!!

I would even want to get on a plain and go to your house to see this in person, and I am scared of flying.

We eneded up not needing the exhaust fan at all.. I was shocked this Dow has just about no odor at all. It's awesome stuff.

And no sump, just a sump type area for the heating coil really. And yeah where the intake holesa re is where the heating coil will go.

And we come to a screeching halt...

Pond armor won't be here until mid next week at the earliest. So now we sit and wait. :(
Projects looking great VL, how much Pond Armor did you need to order for this current project?

Cheers,

Ramesh

so what sealant would you recomend to seal glass to pond armor? and will the sealant alone be enough to hold the glass? i see your using acrylic but used glass last time.

Glass I would probably still use GE I silicone. I only used the DOW because of the acrylic. Not sure how the DOW bonds to glass, if it's the same as regular silicone then because of the lack of odor I might lean towards the DOW.

I have to be honest, the whole acrylic and DOW part of this build has me very nervous. Only because I have never used it before.

Very nice. Can't wait to see this monster tank done. Are you going to put ply across the top on those under floor frames to make the tank look enclosed in a wall?
