My Plywood Build 250 Gallon

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
God Sanding sucks large. Did most of the tank, covered a could small goofs, and gonna add the trim tommorrow. Next weekend ... Epoxying :headbang2

Should be full by the second week of April, Want it stocked by my birthday.

4/28

Gotta cut out the center brace of the font window and toe in a replacement. Know that it is not necessary, but with the filter on top of the tank I will feel better. If you look at the pics they are different sizes, and that wont work with the finish trim. Couldn't get the epoxy today either. Wasted day. Who would have thought a marine supply close on saturday.

Not finished. Ran out of time after those pics. Gonna get back to work this weekend. I usually work at 3:30pm, but have been going in early, so no work on the tank before work.

Epoxy and bulkheads ordered tonight so no delays. Will get some pics up this weekend.

Just kidding, Epoxy will most likely not be here til the 7th. So stand I guess this weekend, and maybe some trimming.

Stand Plans...

Off to Lowes, Pics later today

Time for work... As far as I got.

More tommorrow

Why all the extra work building the stand? I think that plastic resin table with skinny metal folding legs will do just fine. Anyways looking good.
