Male Bumblebee is dead.... RIP Zebra. What a bummer 5 months building a new home for him, and his tank mates killed him in 30 minutes. He is my second oldest fish at 3 years.

Thanks,

Funny how your get so attached to a pet that you can not hold/pet/cuddle or walk.

He will be missed, he had a great personality.

Sorry to hear about the fish.

The tank is looking great. As for the bubble problem, how about down turned 90's on your bulkheads, so that the surface water in the sump isn't going back to the tank.

Hmmmm... Will give that a try, as well I am going to change the in tank returns to 45 degree fittings to lessen the churning.

Hi all,

Coming up on 4 months running. Very happy with the tank, No leaks by now so I can stop worrying. Filter overflowed this week because I forgot to check the media and it clogged. OOPS.....

No other fish losses except a black skirt tetra that mistakenly wondered into my female Jack Dempsey's mouth. Yum for the JD.. not so good got the tetra.

A few pics....

Cheers all...

I didn't notice, but did you apply the epoxy on the back side of the glass after you silicone'd the glass in place?
