The wild convicts I have seen do usually tend to have more of a greyish, even browish, tint to them. This may be due to different locales having slight variations. Also are quite a few species that can fall under the common name "convicts" - A. nigrofascaiata, siquia, kanna for example I have seen called convict, though they are technically separate species and all look a little bit different.Ah I always wondered how convicts look like in the wild.
