Talk like that will not make you very popular around here.
Discarding all the ecological reasons its terrible, then doing away with the ethical reasons, consider this: People releasing Snakeheads into the wild in the US are the reason they are now illegal. If a non-native fish becomes a problem it will be banned and add fuel to the fire for those trying to ban them all.

Deaths the only option here in Florida, You're not allowed to sell fish without a license, and "Game fish" cannot be sold at all. Glad FWC set me up with a court date to fine me before they told me this. Now I have to plead my case Wednesday.

You certainly can sell fish without a license. If you went to a LFS and bought an Arowana then three months later sold it to someone then nothing illegal happened. You were selling Native fish that were protected under laws designed to secure tourism and the fishing industry in Florida.......

I remember a few months back a Pacu was washed up on a riverbed or sanc in England. The sun (sensationalist bullsh*t wank english paper) had a headline saying 'Killer Piranhas Living In Devon!' or words to that effect neglecting the fact they are vegetarian lol.

p.s. sori if this has already been mentioned but 44 pages is too long for my short attention span :nilly:

I remember when I went fishing last fall at the canal by my house. I caught 2 KOI and a FANTAIL goldfish. I took them home and put them in my backyard pond. They are still alive to this day. I kno they are KOI and Not wild carp Cause they were both Platnuim ogon Koi. Plus I asked the city about the carp in that area and the only time there is carp in the area where I was Fishing was during spawning. I also had a 18 inch snakehead I payed a good price on him and didnt want to kill him just to waist so I got him mounted and he is hanging on my wall
