New project, will take a long time

Q: When the decision is made to rip everything out and epoxy everything in side and out while most of the base structure is down in hole two, what's the best way to make you work as fast as you can?

Looks like it back on track...
test the connections seal the pinholes and go for it!
I thought about filling the filters but even though the epoxy is almost rock hard on the first ones we did I'll leave it over night just to make sure. Drying time is 3 hours but solvent weld is less and we all know how that worked out;)

Everything has now been done and the bracing replaced on the back. I've also filled all the gaps between the boards and the clay with fine chippings so there is no play at all now.

I'm going to leave it filling for a few more hours and then turn it off until tomorrow. I'm in and out of the pond(:headbang2) every 30 minutes or so just to keep straightening out the liner as it fills.

Tomorrow we'll pull the main system valve and pray, if that works out ok then the matting will be cut and put in as will the kaldnes, the pump will be rewired up and put in place with just a flexable hose for now, until everything is a little bit more complete. The air pump can then be installed although Mrs Y is getting a bit giddy about that and wants it turned on today:)

If anyone guessed less than four hours for the fill, you were so wrong:

System shut off valve is holding up so technically it can't go anywhere:nilly:

Looking good...does that flow meter measure gallons or cubic feet?
Metres cubed, and it doesn't fit very well on my hose and it's leaking a bit so effectively it not doing as well as it should be.

I'll fill a vortex with it tomorrow, when it's fully pushed in it works really well so I can guess a little better at max size including filtration, I already know the pond by itself is going to be 3150 uk gallon, 3780 us. Give or a take few;)
