New project, will take a long time

what size line are you filling it with? 1/2 inch garden hose to a fire hydrant makes a big difference lol so does supply pressure
Standard garden hose to kitchen tap

OK then I'll take 3 hrs 45 minutes
That's 2 guesses:D

Pipe from main slide valve to 90 leaks
Pipe from 90 to vortex one leaks
Tank connector from vortex one leaks
Weld on first bend to drain on vortex one leaks
Down pipe 90 at the top exit of vortex one leaks
Down pipe 90 at the bottom of vortex one leaks
Seal into vortex 2 leaks
Down pipe 90 at the top exit of vortex two leaks
Down pipe 90 at the bottom of vortex two leaks
Drain on on vortex two leaks one one bend

Down pipe 90 at the top exit of vortex three leaks
Down pipe 90 at the bottom of vortex three leaks
Reverse from drain in vortex three leaks

Looks like I've spent the past month welding pipes that are just going to get ripped up and thrown out, I don't have the cash to replace them all and basically have no idea what to do or where to go from here.

Bad day all round, the silver lining is that the underground pipework doesn't seem to be leaking or it would be truly game over

can you get the leaky fittings off the system with those rubber couplers?

Yes they'll come off, the bits on the drain system can come off as well but it does mean deconstructing all the bracing a bit a time.

I've just read your pm so I'm still digesting that as well. My Dad came round with an epoxy called milliput, used to seal just about everything and sets like rock and can even be used underwater: http://www.milliput.co.uk/ If it can go inside and outside the welds that could work as well.

See if you can call them, and specifically ask them if it will work for your application...pond plumbing on PVC pipe and couplings...if it does your in the chips...
There is some stuff here called "JB-Weld" that does stick to PVC, if you want to go this route...

Thanks Zen, so simple, give them a ring:D

If it can be done then due to the fact that I can get access to the inner seal and the out seals then I'll feel a lot better and it should gain 2 extra seals.

BTW, everyone is really far off with the fill time, I know how long it takes to fill one vortex:naughty:
