New project, will take a long time

Thanks Zen, so simple, give them a ring:D

If it can be done then due to the fact that I can get access to the inner seal and the out seals then I'll feel a lot better and it should gain 2 extra seals.

BTW, everyone is really far off with the fill time, I know how long it takes to fill one vortex:naughty:
Make sure to also ask if it is good for potable water too...(fish safe)
so how long did it take too fill anyway?

Pipe from main slide valve to 90 leaks
Pipe from 90 to vortex one leaks
Tank connector from vortex one leaks
Weld on first bend to drain on vortex one leaks
Down pipe 90 at the top exit of vortex one leaks
Down pipe 90 at the bottom of vortex one leaks
Seal into vortex 2 leaks
Down pipe 90 at the top exit of vortex two leaks
Down pipe 90 at the bottom of vortex two leaks
Drain on on vortex two leaks one one bend
Down pipe 90 at the top exit of vortex three leaks
Down pipe 90 at the bottom of vortex three leaks
Reverse from drain in vortex three leaks

Looks like I've spent the past month welding pipes that are just going to get ripped up and thrown out, I don't have the cash to replace them all and basically have no idea what to do or where to go from here.

Bad day all round, the silver lining is that the underground pipework doesn't seem to be leaking or it would be truly game over

Plumbers in blackburn have whats called 'stick like ****'
this bonds to all even if wet.
plumbers is sheths up from ice rink

Just to clear up for the American viewers it is actually called 'sticks like ****' and I did think of that, I like Zen's idea of calling the manufacturer and asking the question, if they say yes then everything should be ok on the main pipes the smaller ones could be more of a problem, time will tell.....

Yes, fish safe, number one ironically on the list that came with it is for bonding fish tanks(handy to know for the future:naughty:)

Fill? Only checked the vortexes for leaks
and stopped as the top of the slide valve leaked, I didn't see the point in testing the bottom of the pond/bottom valve as well:irked:

Go on then you can have a third guess, about 15 minutes to fill each vortex as a guide, based on that I'm going for about 22 hours, if we can fix all the leaks of course:D

Look at that I'm almost smiling again;)

Forgot to post this earlier, when the day was young and I was feeling so confident, how pro is this:
