Is that a Black Diamond Sturgeon?!?!? It's all settled then, I'm for sure going to have to do one of those in my back yard. Wife is even on board too.

Discus food for now. Pier had none in on Sunday. I've still not seen them yet, they are suppose to get more active towards the end of the day. Still I didn't see the ghosts for two weeks and since Saturday they follow you around the pond

It doesn't help with visibility being on the poor side of 2 foot. If the pump turns up early enough tomorrow and the weather is good, I'm hoping to get everything plumbed in and turned on, including the monster UV I posted a page or so ago.

Don't worry I've got the air on;)

Not sure at the moment, as it is I'm happy with the just the 2 but you never know. I'm just focusing on getting the filters up and running for now and starting clearing this thing up. It's basically been sat for 4 months over winter after a tree load of leaves fell in it. I've flushed the bottom drain into vortex one a couple of times over the past month that's cleaned the bottom up, I netted the bottom the other day and there's nothing on it, it just needs to get some good filtration through it to clean it up throughly.

This might sound daft at 3500 gallon, but I don't want to give myself an overstocking headache years later. The 6 ghosts can hit 15-20lbs fully grown and I've not even got any koi in it yet;)

Looking good. You have me reading up on sturgeon now:D Not nearly as many people keep them over here.
A,

Long time hope you and misses are well, I've noticed your recent additions to the garden, looking good.

They are really fun when they get bigger, they swim around with their noses pointing out of the water looking for food. I've got a video I took at an Aquarium last year I'll dig it out. Hope you get one:D
