I doubt they'd issue a CCW to someone that has been diagnosed with being bi-polar or any mental issues for that matter. Fact of the matter is I highly doubt any of that is real

Who said the guy was diagnosed as bi polar,we don't know if he's been treated by a doctor or not? I get that you don't buy the story and that is fine but I don't see the point of making the whole thing up just to post on a fish forum.

Maybe so.... But the police where there, he told them he shoot the pittbull in defense. So maybe it is ok to defend yourself, I don't know. But I know what happened and how it happened. I don't ask for any more details because it really isn't my issue, but when he brings it up I tell him what I think that's all nothing more.

Why would I come here, make up some insane story about my best friend and mention about him shooting a dog.... I came here looking for opinions... If you think this is fake or lie, that's fine, but don't be coming on here questioning me if this is real or not.
Why would I lie about a situation like this??

I mentioned that he has bi-polar he does, but that's not the point of the topic, or at least I don't consider it to be.
I can understand given my past how people think this is all made up, but the past is the past.
It would be dump and idiotic for me to come on here, lie about a situation like this and on top of that jeopardize a friendship I've had since I was 13..

I missed the mention of him being bi polar.I even looked back over your post and did not see it.I stand corrected.
 
Had a major ankle op a while before the hobby, was cleared to walk a year before I got my first tank
