No, it was in Oregon, somewhat similar yet different. Let me see if there is an article about it, it was on the news here.
Yep, didn't mind my P's and Q's
so i gave up cable for a few months and the wife and kids can't take it no more. she misses her lifetime movies and just random channel surfing and stuff.

For those not interested in looking at the link here is my take. A bunch of people who did not leave early enough ( or for some reason could not leave) had to ride out the hurricane ( Irma I think) on an resort island. Those that survived wanted to get away because they thought a second hurricane was coming. All the airports and such were closed.
A hotel chain sent in a boat to evacuate the guests who had been staying at their hotel. The boat left the rest of the folks behind.
Those left behind were not happy about it.

Hello I have Direct TV. They send a flyer with the monthly bill. The bill that arrived in September had a flyer with all the August stuff. This happens pretty much each month.
I just got my rotator cuff and labrum fixed in April. I didn't do anything except lay in bed for a week and sleep off the pain meds. I sold off most of the fish, put tanks in storage and pocketed the cash for college.
What'd you do now?
