I don't see the massive fuss. It's not that difficult to monitor people nowadays, he's probably under watch as we speak. If anything occurs it should be found out early...

You must not keep up on these attacks.

Even so thuis is just bad...very bad

The military was well aware of this Texas shooter being unstable...yet this still happened(he was even in military prison for a year).

air force dropped the ball on reporting him to the enforcement data base.

have the laws to stop (or deter) a lot of this. They just aren't enforced enough times.

Hello; Yes to this. Near as I can tell there are laws that cover pretty much anything that has to do with a gun. I guess the thing is someone has to be on the ball.

I suppose a normally law abiding person will not leave a trail to notice and just might someday go nuts out of the blue. Not sure this has happened much tho. I hear a number like over 300 million guns and over 350 million people in the USA right now. As bad as these relatively few bad incidents are, it is still only a very few who go bad.

My take for a long time has been that I am pretty much on my own for at least ten minutes and likely 20 to 30 minutes. My area is rural. It will be up to me to take care of myself for a while. The authorities will be able to write up a good report but likely will not get here in time to help.

Here's an idea, how about the relatives of the victims sue the USAF for dropping the ball and pretty much enabling that wacko to obtain the items that he used.....kind like previous ideas of suing the manufacturers of firearms that were used in crimes.

Hello; I liked it until I thought that my taxes help pay for the Air Force. I pay a tiny tiny bit for sure, but still.
In the end the "wacko" has to bear the blame for his actions.
