Did somebody mention Kalanchoe? I brought one back from the islands a few years ago.It has since died but has spawned quite a few offspring over the years.

My kalanchoe milotii is one of my favorites. Too bad its dead now:(. That's not completely true, but its almost there after the cold that hit us, was too much for the little heater in my greenhouse.

That's too bad.I guess bringing it in to a suitable spot inside the house is not an option?

You should see our house, my dad definitely doesn't like it at all, and for my mom its tolerable. Most of the stuff in my greenhouse died. Colocasia, alocasia, mangos, papayas, etc., but I brought everything that survived the initial frost inside. There are three large banana plants by our doorway, haha.

Nice selection.I have had a few Alocasia and Colacasia species including one very large growing type(not sure which one it is) that I dig up and replant outside each spring. It grows long thick stems with leaves as big as newspapers.I have grown banana trees as well.

My little succulent garden that me and dad have grown, all from cuttings as well. Flowers were a surprise on the cacti :DIMG_20180119_165721.jpg IMG_20180119_165727.jpg IMG_20180119_165650.jpg IMG_20180119_165654.jpg

In the first photo I like that tall plant that is leaning against the wall and the small one to the left of it looks like it could be made into a nice bonsai.

Currently I have almost nothing but I did collect some barrel cactus seeds which I intend to grow(I collected it from a individual plant that is at least 30 years old and probably much older)
