Hello; I still use and buy them. I have maybe 900 or so. Seems the way to collect music.
A story. I have ripped 500 or 600 onto a computer and then burn selected songs onto blank CD's. I carry the copies in my car and truck to listen to. The copies get lost or damaged and I can burn another.
Another story. The computer I used for around eight years crashed it's hard drive. I got a new computer but all the ripped CD's were on the crashed hard drive. I have the original CD's and thus can still play my music. What happens to the music a person collects if it is all on some device and the device fails?
Note - I had all my stuff backed up on an external HD so did not have to rip all those CD's again. Of course I can rip hem again as I do have and own the physical CD's.
Sony Discman!I still buy them once in a while. Play them in my walkman now and then lol..
Sony Discman!
It shouldnt be too hard to do,many of my co workers have them loaded up with movies.I'd like to burn dvds onto a USB, is that hard to do?
Who even buys them?Lol, yep. I'm surprised they still sell walkmans. I know at Wal-Mart, they literally just have 1 to choose from.
Hello; Don't know about DVD's but I have burned CD's onto a USB. I have been looking at new cars lately and several do not offer a CD player. However music burned onto a USB will play the music.I'd like to burn dvds onto a USB, is that hard to do?
The USB port and Bluetooth streaming seems to have brought on the discontinuation of CD play in the newer cars. Some manufacturers stopped them in their vehicles back in 2014.Hello; Don't know about DVD's but I have burned CD's onto a USB. What advantage does that have over a USB stick?Instead of using a USB stick, you can use most mp3 players. I have an Astell and Kern in my car connected via usb
