Orders from myhomenature.com

How long are you going to give them with the no responses to the last corresponding email?

The virus thing is not an excuse. Mortage payments do not stop. You put money down and they knew it. They are sitting on your money interest free whilst not communicating. It does not take more than 2 minutes to respond to a customers email.

#87, the email I received in that post, I just copied and pasted the email I wrote on #96 and replied to it.

My reasoning for doing so is that if you look closely you’ll see that when I send an email it gets sent to a Franco, the email i just replied to is going to an emily. Different people. Perhaps Franco has quit and will not respond as he is no longer working there.

Cool, sorry you didn't get the fish but at least you proved they aren't scammers.
I guess until a full order is sent, processed and delivered you can't really tell if you get the fish you wanted or what condition they will be in but all the signs are pointing to a legit operation.
The order was placed in exceptional circumstances, you really couldn't have timed it worse but you can't be expected to predict a viral epidemic of all things disrupting the process.
Thanks for the efforts and good luck with the next order. Are you waiting until the China operation is up and running again or going to try the Indonesian factory they mention the email?

Whichever I can order from first will get my order.

Next order though I may not order as much because this virus has put a bad taste in my mouth.

The virus could do worse than leave a bad taste in your mouth if it gets as bad as people say, some hassles ordering fish from overseas might seem a minor matter. Here in Australia people are actually physically fighting over toilet paper in supermarkets for some bizarre reason relating to stockpiling.

I think the fact the virus is costing china so much money means you will be able to place the order pretty soon in reality, everyone over there wants to get things back to normal, hopefully once the panic dies down and if it just turns out to be a nasty flu type thing it shouldn't take too long for normal service to resume.
Hope this is more accurate than my last prediction though.

I should've placed an order months before this whole thing happened, but I was extremely skeptical. Now that I know they are most likely legit, once this whole thing blows over I'll place an order as long as they didn't raise their prices too much. Also, check out their facebook page. they have tons of followers but almost all of them are from china.
