It’s kinda crazy with the series of untimely events that have occurred since you placed your order. Between Chinese New Year and the corona virus. I almost feel bad for them as a business (if they are legit) I couldn’t imagine trying to handle the logistics of an international delivery with all this nonsense going on lol

On a positive note, I’ve never had this kind of consistent communication with a scam company.
Even the disappointingly unreliable company I got my softshell from wasn’t this communicative.
So maybe they are legit and this was all just really horrible timing??‍

I agree it seems promising that they are contacting you regarding your order?

Sounds like they could be legit based on the communication but as mentioned with the Cornavirus being rife atm in China and boarders between cities on lockdown, its hard to say when business will go back to normal there...

I've never seen a scam company be that good with communication. So far it looks legit based on the fact that they're keeping up with your order.

If they are a scam company then they’re either very dedicated or new to it I would imagine.
