Orders from myhomenature.com

I'm not 100% sure (I could be remembering this wrong) but I think they ship to their texas facility first and then ship from there to the customer. I need to double check though
That could very well be.

I saw an article that said
“China banned the trade of wild animals on Sunday until the coronavirus epidemic has been eliminated across the country”
I can post a link to the article, but I assume this is probably affecting the pet trade too.
My home nature ships from China, so I’d assume they would be affected

I would appreciate a link to that on here.

If the order is going to be held up then I’m fine with that if it means I don’t have to worry about a disease or something getting to me.

I don't know how good these sources are, but I'll just post a few that talk about it:
These articles mostly are talking about wild animals for consumption, but I could see the ban affecting the pet trade too.

To get back on topic, just to make it clear, if I do not have the package by March 1 2020 then I am going to classify this experience as a failure and deem the site as a scam.
I suppose this no longer applies so let us change it.

If I have not received any new emails from them regarding my purchase by April 1 2020 then I will write them off as a scam.

A response is promising.... no guarantee it’s real, but it leaves room for hope.

How did you pay for it? Did you use a cc or PayPal?
Paypal. If this site turns out to be a scam then I can always fight it and the evidence I’ve already collected on monsterfishkeepers with my screenshots of the emails would be pretty convincing.
