I was waiting for this thread. I happen to think that the aquascaping is very good, and the stock seems perfect. Looks great Peter.

Beautiful fi*****he tank looks great as well.

Many thanks for the kind words. :) The tank might not look overstocked ....coz I haven't mentioned tankmates :D

Would like to take this time to state how much I hate you and all of the fish you have access too.

You lucky sob.

Quality specimens (although the enormous Orange Heads have seen better days I'm sure) and great photos. Props to you sir.

I agree - perhaps they are not meant to be that big. They are over 4 years old...couldn't pass up the opportunity because I had never seen any so big :D

Wow. Impressive. What is the fish in the first picture from the bottom? I love it!! I want it. Can I have it?:D

Also ~ are you not worried about some of the driftwood pointy edges? Sometimes my Frontosas spook and dart ~ they would be like....one-eyed from that point on!

I think they are Guianaca. Will try to breed them :)

Good point about the driftwood - a few of them already bumped heads....hope they'll learn... I do have some larger, more "solid" and smooth pieces, but these don't take up "floor space", so the eartheaters would have more sand to sift.

dang peter, looking good. what are the dimensions of the tank?

It's 10x2x2 :) while a little narrower and little taller than 2'...

Looks awesome Peter!!!!!!!!

I definately agree that those are some of the nicest atifrons out there. If you ever have a female available I call dibs. I have one pair but they don't seem to interested in breeding. Although they are just getting big enough.

The Daemon and psittacus are looking great.

Were are the Notatus????????? I want to see pictures to see who's got the better pair:D

notatus are chilling in a 55, getting better everyday...eating very aggressively. I think I might have gotten the only two pairs they had, plus an extra male. The largest is just under 6". I'll show you mine if you show me yours :ROFL:

You know I am entirely to lazy to take pictures, upload them, and poste them. I tell you what. You can come up and bring me a couple atifrons and check mine out;).

You out did yourself Peter, the tank looks perfect. I am completely jealous.... Those Daemon & Altifrons are stunning . Was Grey able to confirm if they are Manaus?

ps - I got a lone 7" female abalios. ;) The pair went at it for days and I finally have some mouth brooding. This little female is on her own though.

Justin-
