It's a UK mag, http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/ on the hole a good magazine, they do a subscription. The articals are usually published online sometime after original publication, a year sometimes.

I do not believe that Oliver would write that kind of incorrect stuff. Must be a mistake from the publisher...
