i got this kamihata pbb about 6 mths ago, now its about 12 inches. i don't think the quality is that bad, i still think its worth buying though.

None of the Kamihata are of "bad" quality.
The Premium certificated ones just have more fin lets, and are certified F1.
Here is my old Kamihata Premium (18 fin lets):

I have a 17 inch WC pbb from chad got it from toyin. It is a beast. Very peaceful and loves tilapia. This is my only pbb but going to get one more. This is tued asy favorite with my two WC ansorgiis from toyin. I recomend pbb if you camt get one.

to be honest, i bought this Kamihata PBB after i saw the pic of ur Kamihata PBB earlier. Ur piece really look awesome. I have seen WC PBBs at my local LFS, but i don't really fancy them eventhough they are larger in size and much cheaper. IMO the Kamihata PBBs that i have seen still look nicer. Just my own opinion.
