I know it isn't but I am unsure of what it really is. It was given to me from a friend. I believe its called "Parrot's Feather" but I'm not sure.

Update on the 29g. Hornwort has taken over the top but all the plants are growing great. Using Seachem ferts and Excel religiously. I just got my pressurized CO2 system so I will be putting that in this weekend. I'm using Seachem Red Fluorite as my substrate.
