Sure I'd like to see them, rainbows are great, people seem to miss them in stores because they are usually pale and colorless but wow when they get the right environment.

You should just use fake plants.
im assuming ur reffering to general plant keeping and not a particular person and i have this to say

there are many different plant species of which the majority are undiscovered/undescribed.

keeping plants is rewarding just like keeping fish. plants have there own challenges

i find a planted tank a beutiful, interesting relaxing show peice.

the propegation and reproduction of plants(particularly endangered) in the home aquariua is particularyly rewarding as is trading plants for other plants and exppanding the amount of plants u own.

fakeplants gather algae and detritus and although fake plants ar enow starting to look very realistic nothing beats a live plant

Using fake plants is like using a wig because you don't want to get your hair cut... I personally find fake plants as ugly as a old car interior with a rattle can paint job.

I have also similar attitude to fake plants. I'm a newbie to aquariums, but even then I chose for my first tank real plants, there are some advantages that are really important to me - it's better for fish, they absorb ammonia and others and they look better, it's harder for fishkeeper, but aslong they are the best for our fish, I'll do it. It's simple and I think every good fishkeeper must do the best for his fish within his capabilities.
