Hey im just wondering how much did this cost you

Substrate from aquariumplants.com, plants include swords, cryptocoryone, ludwidgia, Echinodorus tenellus (?spelling), microsword, red temple.
Non Co2 for now. Will use Seachem flourish Excel.
Having trouble getting the plants to really take off. Just seems to grow very marginally if at all. Inputs welcome.
Filtration system is Fluval Fx5. 90 gallon tank. Water is quite acidic about 6. Lighting T5HO 54*4 bulbs. No fishes as I would like to play with soil as substrate. No ammonia with minimum nitrite present.
