My biggest smallmouth bass is 7 1/2lbs, I have a pic somewhere. I lost a 50" Muskie last night. I had it half way on shore and it flopped back in and broke my line. that would have been my biggest otherwise it's 45".

Freshwater: 42 lb 2 oz Gator Gar- in Virginia Beach
Native Saltwater: 53 lb 6 oz- Striper off the 3rd island (chesapeake bay bridge tunnel)
Saltwater: 79 lb 0 oz Sailfish- 80 Miles off Cancun
Proud of: 19 lb 5 oz Spadefish (chesapeake light tower- 13 miles off rudee inlet, va beach) and 20 lb bowfin in the lake next to my house.
I've caught every sport fish native to va beach as far as I know and half citations.

Here's a pic of a Mu(big eye emperor fish Monotaxis grandoculis) I caught shore casting at about 11:30pm, almost a midnight striker. He bit a live a'ama crab and tasted delicious.
