They are currently in a 10 Gallon tank with a sponge filter. I am feeding 3 times daily with instant baby brine shrimp

Yes keep doing the 50% water changes. I suggest you pickup a larger aquarium if possible a 55 gallon. The larger the aquarium the better after they reach the 1inch mark. What are your plans for the little Redbellies?
I will probably sell some off and keep a few, I plan on getting a bigger tank as the grow more
It’s been pretty difficult to see them eat the baby brine shrimp, I assume they are eating it
I personally keep a magnifying glass on hand. You can look at there bellies for a little bulge.

Hahah yes they are, today has been 1 weeks since they were eggs in the adult tank. Do you think they are growing at an okay rate?
