No food until free swimming.
Not as a main diet, but you can alternate small amount of (lightly) cooked egg yolk, broken in fingers. Careful not to excess. It works well!

Here is how they are looking today... Woukd you recomend a 50% water change daily?
Make sure you add dechorinator. What are you using for filtration?
Right now a regular filter but I am purchasing a sponge filter today as I don’t want to lose any fry from getting sucked up.
Also do I need a dechorinator if I am taking water from the adult tank I’m which I first got the eggs from?
Pickup a block filter pad from the LFS and put a hole in the middle for the screen part of the intake tube. A new knee high stocking or mesh bag from the LFS will work also.
Tbh I prefer sponge filter over HOB types because sponge filters will have micro organisms on them and the fry will pick them off for food.
You can use clean water from the tap just add the dechlorinator and make sure temperature is close to that of the fry aquarium.
