I'm sorry if it sounded like I was whining, I was just jokeing. I have looked up Maine laws for reptiles, almost everything is permits here. We dont see a lot of exotic pets in stores here anyway, lol

washington?

I am finding alot of conflicting info, some say no laws, others sigh reptiles are banned. WTF!

The problem with finding some of the laws, you are running into animal rights group. I tried finding some for Canada on a federal level, but I keep running in these groups whose agenda is to ban all exotic animals.

I want to api4animals.com and it says no laws at all on extotics except for lions/tiger/bears/wolves... And a few people have told me that constrictord are banned in WA yet they are sold in petstores etc...

Oh, I found out a while ago... Washington State has absoulutely no laws on Reptiles. Well, except for some counties, Such as King County has restrictions on size, but thats really about it.

The only permits are required for are Lions/Tigers/Bears/Cougars etc... But not Lynx Bobcats...

District and counties are different from states and provinces though, and there are too many in the world to keep track of.
