i think it is an RTC/TSN...its just much younger and seems to have very rich colourtation. u have a very beautiful baby!
Definitely a rtc x tsn. Soon to be a monster on your hands for real. Like rtc they can be petted with ease, and take to being hand fed easily. Look for similar growth and attitude. Mine seems really territorial, but others seem not to be so much.
what sort of size tank do you think my little monster will need when he is a big monster i just started drawing the plans for a 11x4x4 ft fiberglass tank i already have all the materials to do it. but would like to know what you boys think befor i start.. my rtc arrives on thersday as well .he will be in that tank to
Those are good dimensions, but if you can go like 11x6x4, or 11x8x4 The two dimensions I've stated wouldn't increase your costs much and would definitely house him for life. The size you have mentioned probably would fit him for life, but you'll regret it later if he makes it over 4'. Not saying he will, but they are still too new to the hobby to know for sure just how big they will get.
i will take a look at the room i have. my girlfriend is going to kill me lol. the tank im going to build was not going to be for good. just till i get my new house in the next 2 years. then i can build a monster tank for some monster fish
That sized tank will work fine for the next two years. Probably for the next four to six years.
