It looks very nice, but I'm afraid that it looks like a hybrid. It could still be a haplochromis thickskin though. Have any more pics?greenearthlawns;2758433; said:

Just out of curiosity where was the fish purchased from? I have a similar looking fish that I believe to be a hybrid, it was sold to me as a pundamilia nyererei from an online dealer. Here's some pictures I just took. He isn't showing any of his black barring currently and his red is a lot more intense in real life, he is hard to photograph.greenearthlawns;2758433; said:
