yeah there are not that many types of meds around here.

I was recommended to use King British Bacteria Control.
Active ingredients are:
Allantoin, Formaldehyde, Magnesium Sulphate, Sodium Chloride.

"Bacteria Control kills the bacteria that cause fin & gill rot & other external bacterial infections in abrasions & wounded tissues (including aeromonas & pseudomonas species)"

Do some water changes, and raise the temp a bit to boost his immune system!

i keep my temp at 80 so my fish are practically immuneto bacterial diseases.

if you still got that senegal maybe a solution would be that one of your other fish sucked off his slime coat...flagtails often do this.
