Thanks 12 Volt man. I've had loaches for about one and a half years now, but always kept them with daft huge fish so this held them down in terms of growth. They are fattening up and growing much faster now I got rid of the silver bala sharks.

Truely is amazing! I used to have about 4 loaches. Having 11 now is a sight to behold watching them shoal and do the "loach dance". Even when i had 6 they wheren't this fun. Literally the more the better. Might see if anyone is selling any cheap. They cost a fortune here for good ones so i'll leave buying for the moment as I am picky!

Just found an absolute belter of a clown loach today. Approx 6-7 inch and nice belly! Pics to follow.

the new one is very nice. Looks about 4.5-5" right?

Measured him just over 6, he rarely sits still whilst he's getting used to the aquarium and I have been busy aquascaping today.
