the end of the mouth does seem to extend beyond the eye, which is the distinguishing feature of the W.Attu. So, I guess its answered..
The close up pics of its teeth in the cat e-log on planetcatfish.com are pretty scary !!!

extremely dangerous and better observed in their natural habitat or in public aquariums where they can be kept in justifiable conditions"
