Any store that sells paint.
It's just plain old normal wall paint. It's sold in latex or oil based forms. Latex cleans up with soap and water, oil with paint thinner. That's why you use latex.

Ohhhhhh, I thought you meant latex was like a whole other something else.. I didn't realize you were talking about paint... sorry now I feel like a tard!
alot to read and not much time so excuse me if i say somethin someone else already has.
first, i wouldnt add black sand. i would add red or a more natural color that will blend with the pfs. the black will give you a unnatural salt and peper look. i think if you got a red or dark brown from keller and maybe added a little black it would make your fish alot more colorful.
and if you want a natural looking background go with the color of my background, that dark dark blue. it makes all the colors really pop. but do paint its so worth it and it scrapes right off if you want to remove it (idk why you would)

awesome and congrats on your first monster tank. I can't wait for the day that this is an option for me haha, if you're still looking for catfish that you can have with that eel i'd get a group of about 5 spotted pictus they max out around 6" and are usually really active and should leave your eel alone (don't know if you already solved this problem only read the first page)

I just got two spotted pictus about two weeks ago!! I have them in my 40 just to gain a little more size.. it's the eel Id worry about right now... eating them.. he's been a pig lately... it's funny watching them eat, looks like their seizering.. they move around so quickly...
The whole Latex thing was really funny! And if you read your remarks about it, if we were referring to 'something else' latex, besides paint, your question about taking pictures is such a gut buster! !
