Tinfoil Barbs

After doing a bit of research I think the reason mines grown so big is because they were never kept in a small tank in a fish shop somewhere as like you said theyre not a rare fish so most sit in fish shop tanks for ages possibly slowing growth a bit.

Where as mine were babys and put straight in a 180 gallon tank.

Thats my theory anyway as I seem unable to find anyone else with tinfoils as big now I have looked lol.

Biggest tinfoils on MFK?

you probably have the biggest red tinfoils on MFK.

but I may have had the biggest (yellowfin) barbs on MFK

living in a 90.

sold them and the tank when I moved.

now I have 4 small ones growing up in a 150 gallon

i had tinfoil barbs but then when i was feeding them pork chop i didnt get all the marinara sauce of it and i lost to of these awsome fish cause of a stupid mistake i made

Why would you feed them pork chop? Between me and the dogs there is never any pork chops left over in our house.
