they have one that shows up that is bigger then this one.
we put a catfood bowl out and he eats the food then jumps in the bowl and takes a nap.

Nile Perch are Late Niloticus(?) not Tilapia.

I know, I clarified they were blue tilapia, they're just called nile perch here in FL. Common names are so confusing, it's obvious by the pic it's not true nile perch. Also, they're delicious, I have about 2 dozen filets in the freezer. Bread them and fry lightly, top with italian herbs parmesan cheese and olive oil and you've got a damn meal.

Surprising as this may sound, chum the water with bread and then free line a big piece right at the top and they go nuts for it!

i tried bread and bobber and live worms,but only got one with a net.
i will try chumming tho
