Blue tilapia, also called Nile Perch. They're EVERYWHERE here. They've been called ditch tilapia, guess why LOL.

You got that right...if theres water ...theres tilapia.

fl website says there good to eat and there the tilapias sold in stores

Not too small (too bony) not too large (mealy).

Nile Perch are Late Niloticus(?) not Tilapia.

cichla1004 is right, Nile perch is their Florida name.
