Broke out the dehydrator that's been sitting around unused for the last few years and tried my hand at beef jerky.....at the request of my son. First batch was teriyaki. 5 pounds of it! Only cost me about $20. Second batch, which is pictured below, is fajita seasoning. A bit over done but taste good, so its still a learning process.

Very cool! I brought back around 5lbs or ground deer meet, any recommendations on what to try? I've already done plenty of burgers looking for something different
