Hahaha thanks. It’s the timing. I get back home at about 4, cook a meal, and by 5 the sun is setting. The it’s beautiful. I absolutely love the sunsets that go over the Hacking River.
The spider plant was just propagated. It was growing off the big plant and I chopped it off and put it in the water about 40 mins before I made the food

The bacon and egg rolls look good, the cafe near my work has put the price of them from $8.50 to $12.00 each this week as he says he has to cover the $1.00 minimum wage increase. I doubt hes paying the 2 poor teenage girls that work there the award wage anyway.

....not much cooking going on but I did whip up a nice fruit smoothy containing banana,strawberries,blueberries and a bottle of Ensure Max.
