Was my birthday today. The misses bought a pair of wagyu striploins. Super rich taste to it, melted in the mouth. I made a nice shrimp and basil linguine with sun dried tomatos to pair with it. Extra steak (lady couldn’t eat it all) went into the pasta for tomorrow as well as all the extra juices.
Ribeye today. Probably my favorite. Leftovers will be a pasta or omelette tomorrow.
First attempt at making a pie. Peach-Nectarine.
I've never had peach and nectarine in a pie so not sure about the filling, but that pastry looks awesome!! Good job young shadow.
Now I'm hungry for a pie!
I hope that soap wasn't an ingredient...
.....couple pieces of broiled whiting and a large portion of Brussels sprouts.....which is wearing my stomach out right now!
