Kenyi's and red zebras.. but by far Kenyi-they beat up everything and chase relentlessly.

i don't know about the kenyi...i have an adult male and in the same 55gal tank i have bala sharks, silver gar, bgks, catfish, rope fish, and like 12-15 misc africans including a bumble bee witch i heard was mean as hell but i have no issuses...i also have a yellow lab in that tank...

At any givin' time or any given day most africans can be just as nasty as the next- they have to be to survive living naturally in a crowded highly aggressive enviorment with poor water parameters and a limited food sources.

All these factors would be under your control. Sensible stocking can limit aggression. Providing high quality foods in proper quantities nourishes them. Regular maintenance keeps and heavy filtration keeps water parameters good.

Ounce for ounce, the Hap. sp. 44 is the most aggressive African I have ever kept PERIOD. I have kept them for more than 20yrs.

I vote brichardi, put a pair in your tank and eventually you will have a brichardi species tank. ;)

nyeries have quite the attitude also, I have a couple and they terrorize everything in the tank, no matter how much bigger the other fish are.

My PN's are aggressive but they are not killers.

Post a couple of pics of your PN's, I would like to see them.

Of the AC's I've kept I found Demasoni & Auratus to be the most vicious towards their own kind. My dominant Dem male killed a Chewere 3 times his size & my dominant Auratus did the same thing to a much larger of his own kind.

I have many species' but those two are the only ones I've seen actually kill. The rest are just fin nipping and harrasing. Definitely not to be underestimated because of their size, little buggers.

with u on them both, wont keep either now as they can wipe out a tank,
just not worth the hassle
