heres a pic of some of the rd fry from the same batch that i have. My male is the dad but mom died :/ I hand picked mine out of over 400 tho, it was like looking at a feeder tank with fh's lol
I think your best odds are to crossbreed.
Yeah I'm starting to think that too, I just wish she had more color but I think she's also stressed right now after my midas broke a divider and almost killed her. The kk would still make more interesting fry tho, has anyone tried a zz x kk?

yeah I meant king kamfa, i used to have a vieja tho until an ammonia spike killed half my stock a few months ago, including my female red terror and 7" salvini. I bought this flowerhorn from a lfs that didnt know that genetics tho so ive never been sure what she is
yea that one is nice, it looks very close to the 1.5" rd fry I have and and my bigger female rd looks similar when shes not stressed but still not as colorful as that one. do u guys think the female coloring will make that much of a difference if it was between different red dragons? I just gave my friend a 4" female yesterday that was from the same batch and she was much darker, like a reddish purple all over with blue pearl, but it only had a few markings and the pearl wasnt very clear so i didnt want to breed her. do u think that giving it up was a mistake?south15;4543910;4543910 said:
