Who has inspired you as a fish keeper?

Dieselmack.inspired us to get peacocks.Now it looks like we are the ones with the big square tank full of peas as he is the new crocodile hunter..

I still have some peas..and many other things..just expanding and taking a break from the forms always have updated pics here:

As for inspirations...really everyone, I like to see all the fish and setups everyone has and take in details of fish and tanks I do not have...variety is the spice of life...everyone has awesome fish!

My list is HUGE! When someone displays a pure passion for something it inspires me,
like Wurm and loaches,
My Mom.... She started all of this...
PP and Pikes,
Staitjacketsar and every fish plant and trivial thing that exists,
MikeD and Africans and kids,
Dr Joe and DIY,
Wyldfya and Davo with plecs,
Wyld also plants,
Davo also with herps,
Neo and over the top,
Oddballer and his wild job,
John PTC and "The Tank" Nuff said,
Rally's and Wet Dry,
Chompers and his DIY and humor and just plain smarts are impressive,
Modestman is a smart fellow
TheTrust His collection is rarely rivaled
Twhittle He has some of the largest and nicest cichlids on this board...
Miles He knows his freshwater and from what I hear he is a hell of a salt keeper also. And he is the Original owner of my big Gt

My uncle got me into larger tanks. But who really got me into cichlids were the members of Great Lakes Cichlid Society in Cleveland from 20yrs. ago when it was Lake Erie. Specially Mike Gumto. And who is inspiring me to build a DIY tank is Thefishguy on cichlid forum. Realitively new to MFK I haven't had enough experience here to have one member to be an inspiration. YET!

My old man, as long as i can remeber we've always just about had a tank in my house, mainly because of him. After a short break we built a small pond and my obsession grew, and hes always been right there to tell me about what he used to do and how things have changed so much.

But Oddball and arapimag truly inspire me.They have really taken it to the next level!
