ZENNZZO's duce duce five...

I got the Blueline heater controller good for 1000 watts of heater load, I think I can do it with 2 x 250 hardwired to that controller...

And we have a UV 13watt, nothing fancy it'll have its own pump with intake and return right from and into the sump...

2" bulkheads and 1.5" bulkheads are on the way...

Hey Zennzzo,

I kind of critiqued your stand in BarroomHero's stand thread that you posted a pic in. Very nice work, it looks great. We may do some more business in the future if your schedule allows it.

That is going to be a very nice setup! I just put a dart on my new tank and I am very happy with it. I'm amazed at how quiet it runs.

That temp controller looks a lot like the Ranco temp controller that I use.

Thanks Bro, I too added the rear bottom brace just for the "sleep at night" factor. Tying all the legs together made for less flex.
If I was going to go for a larger tank I would do a stand with .25 wall tubing.

post a pic of your DART and how you plumbed it please...

It uses 2" threaded input and 1.5" threaded output. I put a ball valve union before and after it so I can easily remove it.

Make sure you put a piece of foam under it. Also, if you have access to flexible pvc put a piece on the input and output to get rid of the little bit of "hum" that it makes

Thanks...
I got a 2" union now I need a 1.5" I think because of the bulk I will put the unions and valves in separate places...

That way I can have the valves on the same plane.

After PhullTank57 came over and gave me a hand, we got the top plywood to size and mounted... thanks Bro, I would'ave never made it today...
NP, bro!

Hit me up whenever... let's get that tank poppin' already!!

Good progress, love the finished stand

almost there on the stand...
drilling a couple pairs of 1.5 and 2" holes in a tank I never even put water in is kinda nerve wracking...I gotta make sure I got my good eyes on that day...the overflows will be here on this tuesday...

:eek:Get your best glasses out;)

I'm sure you'll get it right, think about the time you spent crafting the stand. When I cut the liner on my pond I was crapping myself, after doing it I'd do it for anyone.

Fear of the unknown is a pain:)
