Can't help but share my WC pbb chad



I used to own an indo pbb and have friends with kpbb. I have to say imo there is no comparison for either to a WC specimen.

With current prices there really isn't a point in buying CB pbbs.

Unlike black stingrays or arowanas where selective breeding results in nicer fishes, bichirs are mostly mass bred. WC will mostly look better.

Thanks, he is abt 16", love this guy for his brown base. Recent batches that came in were mostly green base. Gd thing I got this guy much earlier.

Nice my WC chad came in very green based too. the indo looks just like my bullet head lap i have very similar.

Thanks man. For the indo, sad to say, the more he grew the uglier he got haha. You start to see the big difference in the head shape, colouring, contrast.

Nice my WC chad came in very green based too. the indo looks just like my bullet head lap i have very similar.
I got a bullet head too.

Yes, I see no need for buying CB if you can get WC for same or similar price.

Having said that, the Kamihata that are in Singapore are not F1. (even the ones here in Japan are mass bred now)
The original few batches produced years back by Kamihata were F1 selective bred.
They were without doubt every bit as nice as the WC parents!
