Yes I agree it looks great. Pathos along with my 24/7 drip works wanders

If I had a massive bio load I would definitely try a drip, but after 7 days a nitrate spike of 30ppm isn't worth the investment. I Just change out 40-50 gallons and I'm good to go for another week!
Maybe if I ever get into rays or aros! But I don't think I will ever keep another fish other then Piranha!
Noitrate is the main reson but i tuink a swamp of pothos roots all over the tank would be so awesome imo.

Yes this is what I'm going for! Seems so much more natural, and a one time investment of 10$ for a lifetime 50% decrease of wc? **** YEAH!
Probably will try it on a sump under the tank as further filteration...with a little light fixture of coarse. Thanks for this tip!

A added lite is not needed but seems to help 10-15% more growth, if you have ambient lite or sunlight that is fine! After 2-4 weeks you will see a drop in nitrates, more pothos more ppm drop!
Trimming the roots is key! I tried this a few weeks before this post went up without doing that step, and the plants just drowned. ._.
I will try again later this month!
Yes I 100% agree! Helps the plant acclimate way faster! Did you completely submerge the plant?
