I don't track macros very seriously but it is definitely most carbs and protein with some fats from the nuts I add to my oatmeal. I like to add in a strawberry protein shake with a banana and 2% milk added after hard workouts and I drink a casein protein shake every night before bed. I'm honestly to lazy to track them lol. I use Simple Truth's bbq sauce from Kroger. It has just enough spice to it for me and I love the flavor.gonna derail this thread for a second, but I know you are boxing/biking now from your other bike thread, what are your macros sitting at right now for that type of high cardio? Just curious.
I HAMMER precooked ham the same way lol, I eat that at least twice a day lol, pretty lean and way tastier than chicken breast every single day haha. Do you use Walden Farms BBQ?
