Teugelsi should be okay if none of the other bichirs are aggressive. I didn't haven problem keeping 15" teug with soda can sized bichirs. Teug was few inches smaller. Of course girth was skinny as a 10" lower jaw Bichir.
Besides sp. Delaware isn't aggressive. Should be cool

I may try it. I was looking at the faranah lap and teug before and it seems the teug is almost the same size. Teug really is putting on size fast as the lap was larger a couple of weeks ago. Also the lap was in the bigger tank with sp.delaware a while back...hmmm maybe it'll work. No way i'll be able to power feed them with hulk in the tank.
