I figured we were due since it's been about a year. We made Stuffed Cabbage un-rolls. Instead of taking all day to make individual rolls, we just layered the whole shbang like a lasagna.

A bit late on this, but I cooked up a couple pounds of monkfish fillets a couple of weekends ago. Very tasty!

I haven't checked in to this thread in awhile, but here's last night's dinner.
Meatballs over polenta with an heirloom tomato, garlic sauce. Topped with fresh shredded basil, parmesan, and red pepper flakes

Although I didn't cook it myself I just heat up a leftover porkchop for breakfast.

It's been a while since I made up a nice pot of Zuppa Toscana. So, I made a big pot of it today. All it needs is a bit of fresh grated parmesan and it's ready to enjoy.

Picked up some monkfish fillets this past weekend.
Grilled and seasoned with Sazon seasoning. Served with ccouscous and plenty of sriracha
