What kind of smoker do you have?

Masterbuilt 30" digital electric. Looking to upgrade to a Kraeger pellet smoker.

Had a bunch of cheese left over from the pierogi-fest so, we added Italian cheeses and made up 3 trays of stuffed shells. They'll be ready to eat in about an hour.
