Had a bunch of cheese left over from the pierogi-fest so, we added Italian cheeses and made up 3 trays of stuffed shells. They'll be ready to eat in about an hour.
Well just came back from Europe a few days ago and I have many foods I should share here. Will add pics soon
Made some low and slow pork roast with parsley roasted red potatoes.
