Dinner tonight us pan fried baramundi over jasmine rice with sriracha.
Simple, but oh so good!

Had some leftover marinara in the fridge so, we put together a pasta bake with oversize fusilli noodles and 3 cheeses.

We have friends coming over and they requested my Zuppa Toscano. Of course, I had to have a small bowl to taste for spices.



We're not fans of Kale. So, we substitute baby spinach for the kale.

My wife's brother, and his family, are up visiting this weekend, so we went into Boston for dinner @ Nico's ristorante

After dinner, we walked down to the famous Mike's Pastry for cannoli, gelatos, and a cream puff monstrosity called a lobster-tail
